- Key will be mailed once payment and signed rental
application have been received.
- Absolutely NO pets.
- Absolutely NO smoking in cabin.
- Renters shall be responsible and liable for the conduct
of themselves and their guests and are liable for any/all injuries incurred on the property.
- Renters will be liable for any damage done to property
above and beyond normal use.
- Noise level must be at a level of sound that does
not interfere with neighbors.
- Owners reserve the right to prescribe additional rules
and/or make changes to the rules and regulations in its judgement, determined to be necessary for the safety, care and cleanliness of the premises, for the preservation
of good order.
